What are the opening hours?: October 1–2, 2023, from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. (GMT +3)

How much does the exhibition ticket cost?: Entrance is for free, and no entry is allowed for kids under 9.
How can I register?: To sign up, simply visit the exhibition website and click on the registration links at the top. You'll then receive an email confirmation shortly after

How to apply for the Visa?: For any inquiries about exhibitors and visitors’ visa issuing please contact: info@saudifilmconfex.com. Visas for non-GCC nationals may take several weeks to process, so avoid delay by confirming your booking. Sela Expo accepts no responsibility for denials or delays in the processing of visas.
How can I book my space?: - Choose your preferred space from the exhibition layout.
- Fill in the participation form available on the website.
- The relevant team will review your request and will contact you.
- Complete the payment process and sign the contract.
Is reserving a space free of charge?: No, however we will reserve the space for 2 days only until the payment process is completed.
Can I design and execute my own Stand?: Yes, by designing your own stand, you will create a distinctive exhibition space that perfectly reflects your brand identity.

Is it possible to request additional items on site, such as furniture, electricity, and internet?: Yes, please contact the operations team at: operation@saudifilmconfex.com
What are the safety measures adopted during the exhibition?: Our security team is available on site around the clock, seven days a week to ensure the security of the exhibition and its booths. However, don’t leave any valuable items inside the booths.

How can I register for the conference?: You can fill in the conference form or register your name through the website to attend the conference.
Are there any fees for attending the conference?: No, there are no fees.

What is the cancellation policy?: No cancellations are accepted if you fail to attend the event, therefore no refunds will be made.
